Vivaldi's four seasons, and Beethoven's Fifth
Yanni's Santorini, and Schubert's Unfinished
Lennon's Imagine, and Beatles' Let it Be
Ray's Mess Around, and the Moment of Kenny G
Fascinating pieces all these are,
But nothing is more intriguing,
than the sound of silence....

Is there a correlation between aesthetics and silence
What is silence?
Is it external or internal?
Experience of silence in between the cacophony of this world
- Isn’t it aesthetics?

hot summer afternoons at my place are the closest i have been to hearing he sound of silence....there isnt absence of sound..just lack of motion. the sunshine is too loud and the peacocks chip in too, but nothing stirs.....

"And in the naked light I saw
Ten thousand people, maybe more.
People talking without speaking,
People hearing without listening,
People writing songs that voices never share
And..."
